Samson G Balfour Smith

Samson G Balfour Smith is an independent artist who has worked with video and 3D since 2000. In 2011, he began developing the “screen noise instrument”, a system in which graphic form directly controls and creates sound rather than functioning as a sound-reactive visualisation. He completed postgraduate studies at Goldsmiths University of London in 2001.
