Valentin Rajenkov

Valentin Rajenkov graduated from the University of Wales, Newport, in 2012 with a degree in Documentary Photography.

Since 2013, he has been a member of Photobookshow, a collective dedicated to showcasing artist-led photobooks to broader audiences. The collective has produced over fourteen international exhibitions, presenting a diverse range of self-published works to a global public.

In 2021, Valentin became co-director of Biblioteka, an experimental library space in London. Through this platform, he has co-produced more than forty free public events, including book fairs, book launches, performative experiences, and readings.

In spring 2025, he co-organised the Kyiv Art Book Fair, an international event that brought together 24 publishers from across the UK and Europe, alongside 15 Ukrainian publishers – fostering cross-cultural exchange and creative solidarity.
